How transferring my ticket to another person works:
- Go to your ticket portal and select the ticket you want to transfer.
- Click on “Start re-personalization”.
- Enter the corresponding data of the substitute runner in the registration form.
Confirm the data by pressing on the red “Re-personalize” button.
After that you have to confirm our terms and conditions and then press on “Start re-personalization”.
- You can now forward the link to the future ticket holder, if she wants to pay the transfer fee, or pay it yourself and than complete the process. It is important that your email address is entered correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation email. You now have 60 minutes to confirm the transfer and pay afterwards.
- The person who pays must now confirm their data, the terms and conditions and pay for the transfer.
- Done! The ticket was successfully transferred to another person.
